Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable except where required by law or in the event of cancellation.

Tickets may not be resold, reassigned, transferred, gifted, or swapped with another individual under any circumstances unless explicitly authorized in writing by Ganeshesthiram Events. Any ticket found to be transferred or resold without authorization may be rendered invalid without refund.

Ganeshesthiram Events reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification matching the original purchaser’s name on the order confirmation. Failure to provide matching identification, if requested, may result in denied entry without refund.

Pricing & Payments

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and service fees will apply. Service and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Admission & Conduct

Entry is subject to venue rules and security procedures. Attendees may be subject to security screening upon arrival, which can include bag checks, metal detector scans, and personal searches if deemed necessary by security personnel.

Disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry, removal from the event, or involvement of law enforcement, without refund. Attendees who attempt to bypass security measures or engage in aggressive, threatening, or intrusive behaviour toward the artist, staff, or other attendees may be immediately escorted from the venue.

Ganeshesthiram Events and venue security reserve the right to deny admission or remove any individual at any time for failing to comply with venue policies, applicable laws, or these Terms & Conditions. Security personnel may intervene physically if necessary to maintain safety, including directing, restraining, or escorting individuals who are posing a risk to the artist or the audience.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally and include unique QR codes for entry. Each QR code is valid for one scan only.

Unauthorized duplication or distribution of tickets may result in denied entry without refund.

Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Ganeshesthiram Events may use such media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Ganeshesthiram Events, its affiliates, partners, and venue operators are not responsible for personal injury, illness, lost or stolen property, property damage, or any loss occurring before, during, or after the event, including those resulting from event changes, delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Attendees acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to risks arising from crowd conditions, venue layout, or interactions with other attendees.

Force Majeure

Ganeshesthiram Events shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, natural disasters, strikes, fire alarms, evacuation orders, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Third-Party Services

Our website or services may include links to third-party platforms. Ganeshesthiram Events is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Changes to Terms

Ganeshesthiram Events may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website, purchase of tickets, or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
